Wedding Coordination

A wedding coordinator’s role is very important. Several of our client’s question whether or not coordinators are needed. If you ask me, the answer would be YES!!! Wedding coordinators make sure every “T” has been crossed and every “I” has been dotted on your special day.

Their main role is to manage the wedding rehearsal and oversee everything on the wedding day such as creating timelines for the day, introducing the wedding party, directing the flow of traffic when it’s time to eat, and carrying out those special events of the day such as the first dance, cake cutting, toasts and bouquet and garter toss.
